Picnic at your Favorite Park.

Early and late spring can have cooler temperatures and give you more freedom to choose when you want to have a picnic. Go on a walking date with your favorite park because the flowers make for great scenery for a couple's photo. Share your favorite songs with your partner in your favorite park with Spotify's updated features. Play a song with a special place in your heart. When you're ready to get outside, try one of these simple, easy spring recipes.

Outdoor Markets.

In the United States, the COVID-19 pandemic has raised new threats to food security. Farmer's markets have been designated as an important service in the United States for their role in promoting local farmers and supplying neighborhoods with new, nutritious food during the pandemic. Outdoor farmers markets provide a lower-risk shopping experience with immediate and long-term benefits for both customers and the environment. Since the government has strictly enforced health guidelines for all, couples will love this outdoor market with all the fresh goods. If you are planning a dinner date, the food will undoubtedly be delicious.

Home Projects.

Long-awaited tasks to complete, this quarantine is a great opportunity to work on home improvements with your partner. Some areas that practically need some improvements are:

  • Kitchen and Bathroom. Begin by sorting out your receipt drawer for the kitchen, and shred any documents, letters, and receipts that are not useful. Look through all other drawers to arrange similar stuff, such as silverware, take-out menus, or stationery items separately. For your bathroom, go through your makeup drawer and beauty cabinets to throw out anything old and out of date, decide whether or not you want to keep everything, and put in some organizers to make it all nice and neat.

  • Fridge and Pantry. You may have recently loaded up on a lot of food, causing your pantry and refrigerator to appear to be bursting. Take the time to go through the items in the refrigerator and throw out any expired foods or opened bags/containers of food that you know you won't eat. If you have any unopened, unexpired, non-perishable foods that you think could be donated to those in need, kindly do so.

  • Herb & Flower Garden. As spring officially begins, this is a great time to create your own herb and flower garden. Many stores sell herb seeds and small plants that can quickly blossom and reproduce. Whether it's a good piece of square feet in your yard, a lovely portion on your balcony, or even a collection of small pots on your windowsill, there are dozens of ways to get fresh herbs growing in and around your home with colorful flowers.

  • Paint the wall accent. Have you been pondering ideas for a wall or two in your home? You may want to add some accent colors, paint all of your interiors a fresh color, or even go for some stunning wallpaper, and now is the time to do so.

Doesn't cleaning the apartment with your partner sound like a lot of fun? Make it into a game and reward yourself afterward.

Grilling.

Amid this health crisis, we're living in unprecedented times. Many people seek comfort, survival, and entertainment in the kitchen. Take turns preparing a romantic meal. Have you grilled any burgers this weekend? Grilling should be on your list of possible date-night events. Cooking outside is fun, and it's something you and your partner can do together. Not to mention that smelling like a cloud of smoke is a perfect opportunity to take a two-person shower when you're done. Additionally, the weather is playing nice, and you and your partner will be delighted to listen to your favorite music and dance together.

At your Favorite Neighborhood.

Take a walk down your favorite neighborhood's streets. Since you and your partner have been sitting at home for months, this can also be part of your workout. You could make a date out of strolling around neighborhoods and getting some fresh air. You are walking down the street with the same goal in mind. You may also engage in some community service hours with your partner by volunteering at an animal shelter or visiting your local dog pound or shelter.

Go on Bike Rides.

Spring is all about having fun, and what could be more fun than going on a biking adventure? Go on a bike ride together, catch your date and ride your bike around the city you live in, making sure to visit all of the places you enjoy and want to see. You'll come across an impressive view that you weren't expecting to see. Hit the ground and take silly pictures together. You'll get some exercise while still benefiting the environment.

Grab an Ice Cream from your Favorite Spot.

Compile a list of all the places you've been to and the places you'd like to try on an ice cream tour. Then, start your ice cream journey from your favorite store, you don't need ice cream all day, it can also be some pizza and other food stalls, and play with your partner by ranking them 1 out of 10.

What date are you going to do?

With all of these Spring date ideas, it's important to remember that your health should always come first. Still adhere to the health guidelines. Sure, you can choose one of these ideas at a time to celebrate, relax, and have a wonderful date with your partner, even though the pandemic is still present. Remember, being well educated about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes, and how it spreads is the best way to avoid and slow down transmission. Clean your hands regularly or use an alcohol-based rub to protect yourself and others from infection, and avoid touching your skin.
