Nathan and Michelle Carr, who have five children, four of which are girls, own this lovely venue. Just recently, the Farm celebrated its 5th year. Initially, the inspiration came from having to plan and pay for the weddings of four daughters. So the couple turns their property into this beautiful venue to cater to and share more lovely and unforgettable experiences. The Cedars at Carr Farm are in Cedar Hill, Tennessee, just 35 minutes outside of downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

The family vibe is one of our favorite aspects of this venue, and for sure, every couple who would visit this barn will feel the same way. Another great thing, the family is always willing to assist. Nathan is always willing to take the couple on the Gator or golf cart around the property.

The Breathtaking Venue

The 140-acre of The Cedars at Carr Farm provides a stunning background for an outdoor wedding celebration. The Cedars at Carr Farm is a rustic wedding site, and a beautiful space is suitable for indoor and outdoor gatherings, with a quaint barn and outdoor deck for celebrations. The surrounding countryside provides a tranquil backdrop for couples and their guests to enjoy while celebrating the union of two individuals in love. The renting of the facility comes with access to the entire grounds, ensuring that couples have access to a variety of convenient amenities.

The ceremony setting boasts a lovely view of the surrounding woodland, creating a scene awash in natural splendor. Aside from the indoor and outdoor ceremonies and reception, the Farm also has a Bridal suite, Groom’s quarter, and Rehearsal Dinner. The Cedars at Carr Farm’s space is over 10,000 square feet of area. In addition, a vast loft above the main event space in the reception area is suitable for cocktail hour or perhaps overflow seating.

The Celebrations

For the couple who want to host their wedding outdoor, the venue offers a lovely outdoor ceremony space that looks out over the surrounding woods and woodland, creating a beautiful and intimate scene. They let you personalize your ceremony setting to match your vision, and the rental includes 300 chairs for ceremony or reception seating.

Having an indoor ceremony option is always a good idea, especially in Tennessee, where the weather may be unpredictable. However, Cedars at Carr Farm has options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. The site can accommodate up to 300 people and has magnificent huge windows with plenty of natural light. In addition, it’s a fantastic place to photograph special events, engagements, or family photoshoots. 

Couples can personalize their ceremony settings to match their ideas for their big day; the venue offers a lot of scenes. The Cedars at Carr Farm has bridal and groom’s suites, which are ideal for getting ready for your big day. The bride’s suite features three spacious cosmetics stations with mirrors, large windows with natural light, and comfortable sitting space. The groom’s quarter also has a pool table and flat screen TV for the groomsmen to stay occupied before the events begin.

 The Cedar Hill, TN

Cedar Hill is a town in Tennessee, a lovely small town. The scenery is stunning and an excellent spot to raise a family because it’s quiet and peaceful.  There are fields as far as the eye can view, and everyone knows everyone. Other cities like Clarksville and Nashville are easily accessible. The most pleasant months in Cedar Hill are September, May, and October. Overall, Cedar Hill exemplifies a small-town atmosphere with friendly people and stunning scenery.

The Packages and Pricing

The Cedar at Carr Farm offers Single-day rates, and it depends on the day the couple will choose. It’s a 12-hour rental. It ranges from $6000 to $8500 for Sunday, Friday, and Saturday schedules. They also offer Rehearsal Dinner, add 6-hours on Thursday evening or Friday. It will cost $1000. In addition, for the combination package, Friday and Saturday, which includes 12-hours each day, cost $12,000.
