Caleb and Lisa are some of my favorite people, and when they asked me to photograph their wedding, I was so excited! I mean how often do you get to photograph your closest friend’s weddings? Not often!

When planning the engagement session, we knew we would have fun! Caleb and Lisa decided to do two different styles, which I love! Having a formal look and a more casual look is great because the photos can be used in so many different situations.

For the formal look, we headed to the Toledo Museum of Art. The two had their first date there, so it was the perfect way to celebrate the next step in their relationship. We wandered the halls of the beautiful museum, and reminisced on their first date! Once we finished wandering the halls, we headed out front to the steps where the gorgeous columns frame the photos.

For the casual look, we headed to one of my favorite places in downtown Toledo. These two changed outfits into something that represents their relationship so well! Anyone from Michigan or Ohio knows how big the border battle is. Lisa is a Michigan fan, and Caleb is an Ohio State fan (I can totally relate. Matt and I are also a house divided). Since Lisa and I are both Michigan fans, we had a blast poking fun at Caleb because, let’s be honest, the border battle is so fun!
