Since I am a Nashville, Tennessee Wedding photographer, I figured I would start out my list of 5 favorite first dance songs of 2020 in the country music genre. I mean, this is the home of country music, right!?

I am in love with this song, and we know that Dan + Shay put out amazing love songs! If you are looking for a love song by the guy who writes the most beautiful songs about his wife and his family, you have it right here. “Die A Happy Man” was a huge hit by Thomas Rhett in the wedding industry, and I’m sure this will be just as big! “And I know I'm blessed / Watching you spin in that dress / Makin' my heart beat out my chest / I can't count the times I've heard / People say I'm lucky, but lucky ain't the word / Oh, I'm blessed”

I love this song because it talks about falling in love with the littlest things about someone, which I adore. Maybe it’s the way he bites his lip when he concentrates, or the way she plays with your dogs. I think everyone knows about Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s relationship, so that just makes this duet so much better!
