A Smoky Mountain Elopement: Bob and Keila's Wedding
What an exciting and memorable wedding it is to sneak away with someone to get married. Have you ever thought about that? Well, for Rob and Keila who traveled from Michigan to get married in Gatlinburg, Tennessee is indeed a memorable wedding experience, they tie the knot on September 19, 2020.
Since her younger brother is one of my best friends, I have known Keila for a long time, probably since I was 7 or 8 years old. For quite some time, Rob and I have known each other since we went to church together and went on some mission trips together. I am grateful to witness a union that love will always win, no matter how far away it is.
Couples Pieces of Happiness
This was always a plan, with just their immediate families to share with them. They had only a small elopement. They had a small and intimate wedding in the Greenbriar Picnic Area, the majestic Smoky Mountains on the banks of a river in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. On some mornings, a smoky fog rises from the valley and offers a picturesque mountain view. The City of Gatlinburg is renowned for many items, and high on the list are couples visiting on their honeymoon. Gatlinburg family holidays are a practice that we feel is well-justified. Many families attend an annual celebration in Gatlinburg. It's wonderful and amazing!
Rob and Keila had their first look at the perfect picturesque mountain top, just off of the roadside. From there, they went for their wedding ceremony at the Greenbriar Picnic Area. In their timeshare cabin closer to town, Keila got ready with her mom and daughter. Sharing precious moments in a place of breathtakingly beautiful nature. The couple decided to wade out into the water when the ceremony was finished and take in the wonderful times together. No matter where you live, a wedding surrounded by nature is perfect. The smile on their faces takes beautiful pictures. It shows how enjoyable, confident, and happy they are to slip off to get married. The moments made at such a unique wedding event last for a lifetime as well as inspire younger generations.
